Shopping is a woman thing, Yes, this is me. I have one day off. Shopping is what I gonna do today. I need to full many stuffs in my kitchen. And one thing I remember, I almost run out of coffee.

What is ideas to choose my best coffee?
The ideas are quality of coffee as well as flavors like. What’s more is package and of course, the price also.
At first I have to ask which type of brewing coffee bean you drink, Caffeine or Decaffeine. Um, maybe someone tell, other ready to drink coffee beverages such as instant coffee powder or canned coffee. Best quality coffee is taste which the most impression of acidity, body, aroma and flavor in coffee.
Um… Nowadays many top coffee brands are on the supermarket.
So we go to buy and taste them all?
No! I dont think so.

Back to talk about basic coffee beans I have told you before. Various types of coffee beans, nowadays they can be classified as 2 types. Arabica and Robusta which are popular and well-known by coffee drinkers worldwide.

Arabica coffee trees are cultivated in the tropical and equator of America, Africa and Asia. The large number of coffee productions are in Brazil, Kenya, Java and Ethiopia. And Arabica coffee is superior in quality. A rich smooth body flavor, a pleasant bitter aroma, a light hazel to reddish crema, slightly acidic and chocolately.

Robusta coffee trees grow in the eastern hemisphere. They are most commonly cultivated in West and Central Africa, South-East Asia and some areas of South America. Robusta coffee has a strong bitter flavor and less coffee aroma but double caffeine more than.

If you want the best quality coffee, choose Arabica coffee. In contrast to someone loves the Robusta coffee, maybe the caffeine is a reason. So choose what you flavor.
Right now, the problems are which brand on the shelves, Arabica or Robusta?
How do we know where they cultivated? where is commercial manufacturer?
Ah… Most things tell you on the package.

The package is more interesting also, Not only the attractive package but also more additional informations that printed on. What coffee brand? The type of coffee beans? Coffee cultivation region? Commercial manufacturer? The coffee processing? Description of coffee beans? And more coffee details about an expiration date and guarantee institutes that confirm more confidently. (we can drink, lol).

Normally package for coffee i see must be vacuum and sealed container such as bag (paper, film, or foil ..etc) or jar (glass, aluminium or plastic … etc) which is light, humidity and air protection materials. Anyway I perfer a jar, just only my cute collection. The choosing idea is checking neat, not broken and seal package always be completed before opening. for what? Yes, to maintain dry, fresh, characteristic and flavor coffee inside.
So feel good for me to choose one entirely.

Nowadays coffee brands, coffee machines and coffee brewing devices invented and sold worldwide.
Um, feel hard to make a decission?
Maybe no, if I wanna try new coffee brands. Because I got many informations from the advertisements, demonstration shows on TV and also in magazines. Not only the superstars on the advertisements I pay attention. I also see what coffee brewing method they try to show. So that reminds theirs coffee product brands whole days, … every time! The more we know, the better we do.
However I bet you never believe without tasting it.
Just choose it as you flavor.

And the last idea is the price. In fact, good quality must go together with high price. I pay more for the best coffee brand. So up to your taste and your budget. I recommend to buy big size package with long expiration, which comparision of quantity is cheaper than, worth it! If u want cheap coffee as on sale or promotion, just warn you to more be careful! Not often that the seller keep a good one on sale or a promotion (25% off , buy 1 free 1 or 2 ,…) at the shelves. Only speacial occasion, perhap it’s a big promotion. However I had bought coffee 1 free 1 last month. Maybe you ask me, are you serious? Lol, I am lucky. It was not really bad.

Anyway, I always keep on my mind. “Just be wise to choose.”
